The ACMP app supplements ACMP Asset Management and ACMP Helpdesk with mobile usability. Administrators therefore have the option of accessing the desired functions quickly and flexibly while on the move.
All ACMP Asset Management and ACMP Helpdesk customers can use the app on iOS and Android operating systems at no additional cost.

And when you click on address data, a telephone number or an Email address, the map-, telephone-, or Email app opens accordingly.

The app is available in German and English for iOS and Android™. Users can log in via ACMP as well as via the Active Directory.

Do I need to have licensed the ACMP Helpdesk for the helpdesk functionalities in the ACMP app?

An ACMP Helpdesk licence is required to use the functionalities of the Helpdesk in the app

What is the minimum requirement to use the ACMP app?
  • AESB version 1.6 or higher is required. However, we recommend version 1.7
  • The ACMP server must be patched to version 6.4.0.
  • Android version 6 or iOS 13.0
Which user authorisations are required?

Access to the ACMP Helpdesk and master data management (ACMP Core).
