A special plugin for ACMP that works with all other modules is the integrated report engine. All data and figures collected with ACMP can be summarised in well-presented reports. IT administrators can present all relevant data and facts in structured tables and clear diagrams - for their team or for the management, customised to their own corporate layout of course.

You can create your own reports for all Solutions / ACMP modules (clients, tickets, assets, licences, vulnerabilities, updates, ...).
No programming knowledge is required. The entire database can be conveniently accessed via the display fields. If more flexibility is required, SQL can also be written directly via an Advanced Query.
Scheduled reports can be provided with individual timings and configured so that they are only sent if there is content (e.g. escalated tickets: I only receive the report if something has actually escalated).
When executing a report, a form can be displayed before the report is created in order to dynamically change the report (example: open ticket from agent XY. In this case, XY can be selected during execution).
